How are things going in your final presentation preparation? For the presenters next week (11/28), I have some links and videos that may help in your preparation.
SPECIAL NOTE - if you bring a laptop to class, you can run a cable from it to the portable display we have in the classroom! So we don't need to reserve a separate room - we can use the display to run Power Point!
PRESENTERS FOR 11/28
Matsuken
Check out this link. It's a little dated, but is good for the historic charting of population from the beginning of the Meiji period, when the census first started being taken. Also check this out - it has a downloadable PDF. Take a look at this article that is fairly optimistic, in the end, about future population trends in Japan.
Niko
Here is the JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) website, with a link to an example of activity in Vietnam. Also check out this video (in Japanese) about ARUN, a private Japanese organization that engages in social investment in developing countries. Their website is here.
Yusuke
I have two links for you - the first one here, and another here. The first is on wind power; the second is on solar power. Check them out!
Reika
Two short articles in English. The first one here is about how businesses can make the best use of social media. The second one after is about the best guidelines for effective business blogging.
I have tested all these links from here and they worked at the time I wrote this blogpost!
Good luck on these, and I hope they help you.
NEXT POST FOR GS FINAL PRESENTATIONS - LINKS AND OTHER SUPPORT FOR 12/5 PRESENTERS!
